Mission Statement
To teach kids football while building positive relationships and fun memories.
Values
- We value good sportsmanship.
This includes behavior between teammates, coaches, parents, referees and opponents.
- We value safety. We safeguard the kids as much as possible physically and emotionally, by providing quality protective equipment and minimizing unsafe situations.
- We value improvement. Believing that a coach must not live vicariously through their players. The coaches are there to pass along valuable teachings that others had passed on to them. The value of those teachings should increase and extend over future generations.
- We value competition. Believing that we can learn both from winning and losing.
- We value playing time. We are determined at this level to have everyone play in every game.
- We value fun. Believing that while sports can teach many helpful applications toward life in general, the kids at this age are still playing football primarily to have fun.
